Clusters are small groups of leaders which come together periodically to help encourage one another in ministry. Cluster gatherings can include:
- Spiritual Connection – a time of prayer for each other and the ministries represented.
- Learning Connection – an opportunity to develop as a leader with others.
- Community Connection – building relationships that sustain each other.
Great ministry comes out of great relationships.
